Biography:

Amanda Leigh Moore was born on April 10, 1984 in Nashua, New Hampshire, USA. As a child, she performed the National Anthem at numerous athletic events and became known as the “National Anthem” girl.

At age 15, her first record, So Real, was released and her first tour was with the Backstreet Boys. She also has branched into acting. She made her film debut in Dr. Dolittle 2. Later that year, she appeared in The Princess Diaries.

In 2002, she had her first starring role in the romantic film A Walk to Remember, for which she won an MTV Movie Award.
