Biography:

Julianne Hough was born on July 20, 1988 in Salt Lake City, Utah. She began her training in Latin Ballroom dancing at the Center Stage Performing Arts Studio.

At age 10, she went to London with her brother to study with coaches, Corky and Shirley Ballas. At age 15, she won the Junior World Latin Youth Champion at the Blackpool Dance Festival.

She went to Los Angeles to start her career in entertainment. She then went on tour with “Dancing with the Stars” and joined the cast in 2005. Her first leading role was in the 2011 film remake of Footloose.
